Applications, social media interfaces, instances, I'm not sure what the correct word is πŸ˜….

Pretty much title!

Ah i had a long day and didn't even think of that. I'll consider it, thanks!

Pretty much title!

I’d love to support the developer, but I don’t feel like dropping $100 right now.

Yeah I'm going to be honest. When I went to link an article, I just did a Google search and looked for the first article that wasn't completely trashed with ads. Just briefly skimmed the article, not enough to tear it apart obviously.

The poison dart frog is like this!

When in captivity, they actually aren't poisonous because their diet is different.

That site is behind a paywall to me so this might've been addressed, but to play devils advocate I'm wondering about the rate of incidents between Tesla and all other manufacturers combined?

Now it could just be that I'm in the Midwest, where we're only ahead of the south when it comes to adopting changes, but I practically see no other EVs still other than Teslas. I'm talking 8 Teslas before I see one Chevy Volte or something

Now hear me out because I'm not advocating for more hacking and it would be super annoying after a while.πŸ˜… But...

It reminded me of a younger internet. Stuff like this would usually happen when things were new and people were still figuring things out. It's almost nostalgic in a way?

The hacking and the whole bean thing earlier in the week is novel and kind of fun to be a part of while Lemmy grows.

Either that, or I'm just buzzed from my Margarita.

My wordy title is pretty much everything πŸ˜….

New to home ownership, I didn't know about pre emergent (or if it would've even worked for this)?

Lots of gras came up between these rocks despite having a tarp under these rocks (the tarp is a minimum of 10 years old though I think). I put down grass killer and then went away for vacation. Now I have more greens!

Effectively, what would be the best way to remove this grass? I've been doing it all by hand but it's pretty much miserable, there is more rock bed than what is in this picture.

I think if a hoe works I would be pretty happy with it, but I'm not sure if there'd be a better way to tackle this?

I grabbed mine while I was in Costco, so while I'm not completely positive I am like 97% sure this was the one I got!

I do like it! I was worried about having to "drain" it often like some of the comments suggest. But I only use "cool" mode and haven't had to drain it once yet. Plus I figured Costco has a good return policy in case it doesn't work out. I'm glad I liked it though, because on reflection repackaging that up would've been awful lol

Sweet, I didn't know that!

One of those "portable AC" units.

My home office gets up to 85Β° at minimum during the hot summer days. Having a tech come in and fix my entire HVAC setup is too rich for my blood. HOA won't allow window units... Finally caved and got the more expensive "portable" ac system that sit on the floor and have tubes that go out the window.

Room can get down to 73Β° during those same hot days and I am so happy with it.
