Starlink is definitely at a loss right now. Despite this, Falcon 9 launch costs are significantly lower for actual customers as well, and the reuse factor cannot be ignored
Vehicles like that are usually used for commercial operations where the path was likely chosen ahead of time to not encounter problems like this. Could probably wait until the road is less busy and go back and around with police assistance if it somehow happens anyway.
