They're trying to get rid of the NWS because they want to privatize access to weather data.

Imagine what it will be like when you have to pay to receive severe weather alerts. These bastards are just trying to make it (even more) fatal to be poor.

Somehow you read all that and missed the first sentence.

Betteridge's law of headlines is an adage that states: "Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no."

Bigger in everyway! Bigger crime, bigger gun problem, bigger capture by oil companies, bigger environmental damage, bigger racism, bigger highways... The list goes on!

So he basically hired a very progressive PR team, followed their lead until he got elected, then 180'd on all his views. After that, the progressives he hired started to quit, and he lost the ability to continue to project himself as a progressive.

Here is a pretty good deep dive on the situation.

He was elected while running against Dr. Oz so not like there were good choices.

I've seen this tactic before tho. Like the owner of the 76ers wanted to build a new stadium in Philly, but knew people would protest it because there are already a lot of sports stadiums. So he made a big push to advertise that it would be built like right in the middle of a neighborhood faaaarrrr away from all the other stadiums. Everyone protested THAT and after a few weeks the owner capitulated. He was like "FINE , I'll build my big, expensive, tax break garnering stadium by all the others," which is what he actually wanted from the beginning.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fetterman was supported by Republican interests for a similar purpose.

That's what pit maneuvers are for. Ambulance should be like: "TRADE ACCEPTED: YOUR LIFE FOR OUR PASSENGER'S."

Yeah cause that's not what they were looking for..... They were looking to get Elon off the hook for all his bullshit.

If they even so much as peaked under the cover of the Pentagon, they find literally all the corruption and graft.

Lol stay mad loser. Maybe if your weren't an old fuck from the 0.01% pushing a cynical, half assed fascist agenda that no one likes, socialists communists would be getting this much attention.
