Imagine your whole life consists of thousands if not millions of people saying you are good looking. Suddenly, age takes it's toll and now it's only hundreds. Now the dopamine flow (a lot of) people get from admiration, is dwindling . I bet basically investing a lot of your stat points into appearance ( by luck and genes), now withering away, makes you way more determined, trying to reverse that process. Especially if you have no skill to fall back on which could outweigh your appearance "effect" but will still keep generating adoration/respect/interest by people.
I would say face and body shape. Sometimes voice. General appearance in terms of confidence and, in later stages, ability to socialize and "present" themselves.
What do you think would be a terrible policy direction he would go for? Will he continue the destruction of the middle class? (That is a real question, not some gotcha thingy) I know (?) he is somehow connected to the Getty family.
