I did the same thing recently with my elbow. I lifted in my 20s but I got busy with work and family in my 30s and tried to start lifting again at 39 and managed to injure my forearm/elbow. It's damn near impossible to do upper body exercises when you can't grip the bar or dumbell without elbow pain!

It's been like 6 months and it's finally starting to feel better. My cardio is pretty damn good though because while I couldn't lift I threw myself at cardio extra hard.

Can't let the old creep in! Exercise keeps the old out!

The grease is what makes Pizza Hut so good. Get some pepperoni and sausage on top and it's even greasier!

I would have responded.

Years ago I had a similar problem that was resolved by changing the method of I/O scheduling.

I'm not sure which one I used or if this is still relevant with modern Linux but it's something to look into that might help.

Anything else of theirs besides Super Bon Bon I should check out? Super Bon Bon is a banger.

I'm definitely in the 10th group here.

I don't know about OPS but Redacted wasn't hard to interview into.

BG3 multi-player was awesome. For a more casual game I really enjoy Pummel Party. I was cut off from playing the worm in last train out of wormtown because I was too good at playing the worm.

I stand up knowing full well that I'm not going anywhere because I'd rather stand in one spot waiting for my turn to get off the plane instead of being crammed in the seat any longer. It's nice to stretch the legs and back after being stuck in the seat for so long.

I'm not even supposed to be here, hope I don't jack off!

I have no data to back this up but Lenovo hinges have always seemed sturdy to me. The Legion feels well built overall.

I started with a 22 rifle. They're inexpensive and the ammo is inexpensive as well. My first was a Henry AR-7 survival rifle but a Ruger 10-22 would be a great option as well.

Has anyone used a mod to allow more than 4 players in a party?

My group of friends used Party Size Evolved for Divinity 2 so that we could have 5 of us playing together and it seemed to work mostly correct. We had occasional minor issues but nothing game breaking.

I think we might have 6 or 7 people for Bg3 and I'm curious if anyone has run into any issues playing with more than 4 people. It seems like 7 people might be a bit much for balanced difficulty so we might play on tactician?

I'm curious to hear your thoughts!
