No real recipe. I dry-brined some boneless breasts overnight. Then did a traditional flour, egg, flour dredge and fried in a pan with a little oil. I added some hot sauce to the egg and some spices to the last flour stage. Cheers!

I’ve always took bone-in deep fried chicken as fried chicken. This was a boneless breast fired in a pan, which I understood to be chicken fried chicken. Can’t remember where I read that though.

Also wtf did she think would happen? Running up to currently the most famous person in the country from behind and trying to touch him is peak stupidity, especially from someone who would instruct her own security to do the same thing.

It’s what I would do to a close friend I saw somewhere unexpectedly. Not someone I don’t know, much less someone with a security detail!

He’ll be fine. The talent and IQ are clearly there. The Spurs are fortunate.

Appreciate it.

Didn’t follow a recipe; more technique, but it’s essentially this pasta. However, I added butter and blended the pasta for a smoother consistency.

Cheers! Just cooked the cherry tomatoes down with some salt and olive oil in a sauté pan. Once they were ready I mashed them, added butter and cooked down a little. Blended and poured back into pan and simmered more until consistency I liked.

First time making pesto. Used my molcajete and the basil was from a friend’s garden.
