Not sure if this is what they're talking about, but I bought my cat these treats that are little plastic tubes filled with tuna that I squeeze and she licks the end. Like a miniature meat Gogurt.

This is just a guess: at the end of each partitioned lane there's two red lights. On the far right side, you can see a little green light on one of them, with cars exiting from that side. I'm guessing they're controlling when each lane gets to merge into the final booths, so it's not as much of a free-for-all.

My cat doesn't care for people food, but she does paw at my arm until she gets to smell my breath when I'm eating. Our routine is for me to take a bite, open my mouth and breathe at her, and then she sniffs and walks away.
