English ivy may grow better in Kentucky soil than Kent chalk, but I'm not familiar with that in the way I am kudzu.

Pineapple on pizza is a natural pairing as the acidity helps cut the fattiness of the cheese. Hence why tomatoes work. Sweetness clearly isn't an issue with pizza sauce, otherwise pizza sauce wouldn't have added sugar compared to marinara. Pineapple functions in a similar way that tomatoes do, but this needs to be kept in mind when using Pineapple.
Pineapple belongs on pizza, but you need to accommodate it with extra cheese and perhaps another salty topping, hence the popularity of the Canada-born Hawaiian pizza.
Don't act like pizza is such a sacred Italian thing anyhow. They couldn't make it prior to the 15th century and it took Italian-American immigrants to New York, USA to perfect it anyway.
Edit: I see you previously asked about preferences between Domino's and Pizza Hut, so I'm guessing you live outside of the Good Pizza Zones (the NYC Sphere of Influence and Napoli) so I understand why you're so confused.

I feel like people got worse on the road after the pandemic. Dunno why, just a feeling I got.
Humans are largely good to one another face to face, our most evil things happen when we create systems that allow us to remove the humanity from one another. We also have a tendency to allow only sociopaths and psychopaths to lead us, and we gotta nip that in the bud, but most people who aren't like that don't want to lead.
It's kinda cool to be living through Cold War 2, I bet my dad felt similar reading propaganda in his youth

I've gotten a few of these, but I just moved so it only included Google maps images of my old apartment, and I guess the data scrape didn't get my phone number, so it included language like "I bet you wouldn't like it if I called you at 0000000000, would you?"
I'm savvy enough to laugh and delete, but I'm sure this would be very effective against some older Americans.
