I’m fine with how Afghanistan went. The military would have dragged it out for another 10 years. I’d much rather have a suboptimal quick withdrawal.

Try to overthrow the US government? You can still be president. Break a companies arbitrary TOS? Police are at your door to take you away for a long time.

Yeah I keep seeing stories about how doomed AI companies are. Apparently if they don’t create AGI then it was all for nothing and it’s trash.

Apple has explicit rules against redirecting customers to other sites for payment. I think they have a special deal with Amazon for that wording.

I wonder how difficult it would be to transport them and keep a low profile in the countryside and still get out safely after a strike.
