Have you seen these Libbey 5355 thumbprint beer steins? I use them all the time and know several people who own them, and have never seen or heard of one breaking (in normal home use). They have a nice solid thickness to them.
They retail for as little as $4 in large quantities, but you can buy them in small numbers for about $10 a piece.
I don't have any of his albums but I wish he wasn't on Mo Money Mo Problems or Fantasy (Remix) because those are great
Strawberry is the best. From their website it looks like you can get the Windows build for five bucks, not sure what theming looks like on Windows though.
If you want to pay for or pirate a font, there's of course Albertus. The best free (OFL) font I've found with a similar look is Della Respira, only a single-style font:
