I used Lines for years, but got bored and switched to Viral

I had 16 different play throughs before I finally finished Skyrim lol.

Nope. I think the idea of a soul, afterlife comes from humans deep seated need to be special. We're just animals, enjoy your life while you can.

I think that's a bit harsh. I have Jerboa liftoff and connect installed and they are all good. Are they as good as apps that had a decade to polish up? No, but they're pretty damn good for some new apps and they're certainly nowhere near broken.

Have we forgotten the cryogenically treated cables?

You seen to have posted to the wrong asklemmy post. The one you're looking for was about being more active.

Yeah I'm easy more active here that on Reddit, though I was very active when Reddit was younger. It just got too big and lost that feeling of taking to actual people and contributing to the overall experience.

Just got back from Canada and I had the same experience. The workers were really friendly, but everyone else was kind of assholes. Felt like I was back in LA with everyone having their head up their own asses. Shocked me cause I always hear how friendly Canadians are.

And the food is super bland, but the country is gorgeous and the weather was great

I like it too. Kind of reminds me of Relay for Reddit, but it stutters for me. I think I prefer Jerboa, but Connect is prettier for sure.

True. I just have a bunch of idiots that believe that kind of shit around here, so I guess I reflexively get angry about this crap. Just found out one of my employees is a Flat-earther. Knew she was an anti-vaxxer, but that's a whole new level of dumb

Oh ok, I just downloaded connect, but it's a little slower than Jerboa.

That's a pretty similar story to mine. Used Linux pretty exclusively over a decade ago, then switched back for my gaming PC. Now that I'm back on Linux though, I don't see any reason to use windows on anything but my company PC, Linux is just better IMO now.
