After reading this article, I'm excited for this big update! A good excuse to get back to doing "just cult things" in my free time.

The narrative director had little to do with the technical elements of the game; that jab should've been directed at the higher ups who forced this game to be pushed this game out the doorway too soon! I'm sure the developer team was disappointed with the broken launch of their game, but we need to be reminded that CDPR doesn't get off scot free. The hype they're trying to build needs to be cooled with reminders of their past behavior.
This is the better outcome in my opinion! I'd read the heck out of this fic. 😏
Larian Studios made a beautiful game without microtransactions, battle passes, and other BS! I think not being on GamePass is quite alright as they deserve the full asking price for this wonderful game! I am going to buy Baldur's Gate 3 for my Xbox because I love the game so much (I also want to create a Charismatic Terror character...This gives me the excuse to do just that).
I currently play games on my PC, Switch, and Xbox Series S. I buy Xbox Anywhere titles whenever possible so I can enjoy it on my PC or Xbox!
I've wanted to play Dragon Quest Treasures quite a while but held off buying it on the Switch in case of a PC Release! As soon as I woke up gaming news was abuzz about this surprise release on PC.
I became aware of the Fediverse a few years ago...After not developing any traction initially...I left. However, I came back and am pouring more effort into decentralized social media. Kbin and Mastodon are amazing for me now, being able to connect to other instances due to federation, I run into so many interesting people!
That's why I honestly respect Nintendo execs because they will take pay cuts over laying off staff when the going is tough! They might occasionally do shitty things or make out of touch decisions but at least they care about the health of their companies. Game companies can't make good games without talent.
