The thick layer of wasps and flies on the yoghurty windows would also help.

As a parent of two young kids, there's definitely times where getting kidnapped sounds good.

You've been painting in this weather? Are you OK? :D The paint was probably drying before it even went onto the walls!

Yeah my week was fine ta, was just rather hot! I work from home and it was pretty unbearable on Friday. Seriously starting to think about investing in solar & A/C given that the summers are going to continue like this!

Fortunately it's a lot cooler today, it's looking like it could rain soon.

But Heidi Alexander would not confirm whether it would give grants to encourage motorists to switch when asked by Laura Kuenssberg on Sunday, following a report in the Telegraph, external that Labour is poised to unveil £700m in subsidies.

Isn't this the very thing they need to be incentivising? Switching from ICE to EV vehicles?

For people without off-street parking - like those living in blocks of flats or terraced houses - charging an EV overnight can often be challenging, while on-street charging points can be far more expensive than charging from a mains socket.

What about offering people without a drive but with an EV some kind of discount when using public chargers?

Am I not supposed to be washing my arse with the duvet???

Ah that sucks, sorry to hear that. Hope things work out for you!

I'm starting to consider it. Do you have it installed to your house with a proper unit, or a portable one you can use in your room?

[–] blackn1ght@feddit.uk 10 points 3 days ago

We're staying inside with the kids today. Got the curtains drawn in an attempt to keep the house cool. I always struggle mentally with not being outside and making the most of the sun but I'd just be a sweaty mess and don't want the kids to burn!

"CUM BY ARGHH MY LORD, CUM BY ARGH"

What on earth were these lyrics?

[–] blackn1ght@feddit.uk 2 points 5 days ago (1 children)

I think the buzz looks kinda cool, but the range is terrible from what I recall.

Peers will scrutinise the Planning and Infrastructure Bill for the first time.

And Reform puts sentencing reviews on the agenda.
