I don't have any kind of account on cbsnews.com, but don't see a paywall when I click on this link. I think that's about the limit of the due diligence I'm willing to do--if it loads fine for me without an account I'm going to assume it'll work for other people.

According to https://www.ssab.gov/board-members/ , Biggs was nominated by Biden, whose name does not appear in the article at all.
