Yeah maybe it's a bad source, I just wanted to share the first notable English language source I could find (originally read an article in my native language). What would be a better source to share news like this in the future when almost every outlet will report on it? Reuters?
They are attacking a civilian ship in international waters, seems like something an innocent state would do /s
ETA: Other news sites are reporting they are spraying the boat with irritant foam.
