I'm paraphrasing Zizek, but he said "the left needs a leader that controls executive power" and he's right. There's a difference between a benevolent dictator and a tyrant. Trump is a tyrant, in which he yields his power to prosecute and persecute. A benevolent dictator uses their power as a force for good, think FDR and whatnot.

Starmer is not even left — he's properly into Tory spreadsheet economic algorithms.

Lol I mean like since when does Keir do anything but bend down to the Tories and Reform

"Fascism" should not be used lightly. It's a very old political theory. Many of the complaints are that they're lazy or non-working, they should be able to work, pay taxes and succeed in life. Instead of succumbing to the forever hellhole that's hotels and unemployment.

Remember that student that was like "free Palestine!" And then the reporter was like "we're not here to talk about Palestine."

Seems like neutrality is silence.

Source on the below 20% statistic? From the headlines I've been seeing is that there's a Reform UK majority.

Donors go where the public goes, and that's Reform UK from what it looks like. The media is fuelling a fire on immigration right now. Keir Starmer is a grilled crisp at this point — and the boiling cob is going to explode.

Everyone voted on his promises, none of them actually fulfilled. That's it, we're done for.

All out street warfare against Linux users! They'll be arming their army with AI laser guided missiles! The backdoored AI drones!

Use an operating system like Linux Mint. It's very simple. Steam can solve the Wine problem, this can be done by adding a new game into your Steam library. Remember that all the distros have certain goals in mind.

The situation is dire in the UK. Surveillance up and about everywhere — it never stops. It seems like none of the politicians actually listen to anyone other than the GCHQ experts!

  1. Use privacy respecting cryptocurrencies for exchanges. This can be done between two individuals or at businesses, especially small businesses.
  2. Yes, it seems like they're doing it on a consensus level in the UK. This is because consumers would rather use banking apps because it is convenient for them.
  3. In the UK it is very common to use a card and contactless payment. It's very concerning because this trend is bringing the government to trace UK bank accounts to prevent "fraud". Which could target people on benefits for instance. Many are worried that benefits claimants will have their application scrutinized based on their spending habits. Disability rights is now becoming a political conversation about how and where they spend their money, which is mortifying.

This is just hearsay but apparently GrapheneOS will be unaffected from Play Store control.

Liking posts that criticise Western human rights failures have led me towards algorithms of pages that worship dictatorships. Tankie Marxists seem to garner a lot of attention within this "left wing" binary. It seems like there's no such thing as social media politics that are nuanced anymore. I just want to protect myself from data collecting algorithms, stereotypes and assumptions.
