Soy proteine, boiling water, some wheat flour, eggs and whatever spices you like. Makes for great burger patties. Don't have the exact ratio of ingredients in my head right now, though.

I myself find all those industrial meat alternatives pretty disgusting, especially considering what stuff they put in it to make it taste and feel like the real thing.

I'd rather mix my faux-meat myself, even while I'm not completely vegetarian, just almost.

I don't think so. It's just a little more inconvenient.

For example: I don't need to see posts from friends to know how their day was. Instead, I just call them or meet them for a coffee and ask about their day.

The old fashioned ways still work well.

Well, shit. I liked them for being so open and communicative. Good thing I switched instances just right before that happened.

Nope. I'm boycotting META not only because of the privacy issues, but because of their history in general. I won't support such a fucked up corporation.
