MX records show Twitter is using Google Workspace too. I wonder if Google would threaten shutting down email and document access in addition to GCP.

With a subreddit that popular, I wonder if doing that will just turn it into another Digg/HD-DVD situation. Protest posts inundating the subreddit until it's essentially shut down again.
Has anyone had any luck with using the wayback machine as an alternative? It may not work on more recent posts, but it should be a viable option for protesting subreddits and routing traffic away from Reddit.
I wonder how difficult it would be to make an extension that handled the redirection.
