Honestly why do jr devs want to do work so bad, I'm literally just like "yo chill" and they keep pestering me for work

Going back to in-person now would absolutely wreak havoc on my psyche bc no one at my company knows what I look like or what I actually do so I'd rather keep it that way

This is cool and all but one feature I'd love to see is search functionality actually working
