That's the scary beauty of the onion nowadays.

Start using the block feature. Honestly I did that when I was active over in Reddit and I do it here too and it makes for such a better online experience.

Doing that I've found that I can have these reasonable discussions, even with those few of the more far left .ml folks that don't mind discussing actual ideas and facts.

I think another key is that unless you're wanting to vent, which I get sometimes you just want to do it, avoid going back into threads rehashing the same topic, they're going to be full of the same people that haven't changed and you've said your piece, they're just actively looking for that fight and echo chamber, downvote, block and move on.

All of this to extra engineering and cost to "fix" a shitty standard and shittier implementation.

And no one is going to do a damn thing about this because the US is not a nation of laws anymore.

Holy fuck that was a speech worthy of Billy Madison.

Yeah, sad that this is the crap people have to resort to "fix" a bad standard and a even worse implementation.

Yup. May they have the day they voted for.

Most gamers are stuck with lower end hardware because they can't afford anything anymore.

I mean honestly, yeah. With a simple 4 GB chip they could have won the low end and not screwed over gamers.

They've really seemed to have forgotten their roots with the GPU market, which is a damn shame.

Counter point.

Increased resolution has been the trend for a bit now even in these competitive games.

ETA, let's also not pretend that those who play esports games only play esports games too.

This is what I call "what America literally voted for".

Trump supporter too more than likely.

His Facebook page suggests he also has an affinity for hunting and Mississippi State University football, and opposed vaccine mandates in 2021.

No sympathy here at all.

I considered myself a Democrat, because that all they was really, until progressives really started coming around two decades ago.

Downvoted because this is a day late and a 2024 short for this clueless, sorry excuse for a journalist.
