You can get a ReVanced APK, as condemnable as it seems, from... I think there was a RevancedAPKs reddit community.... yeah ew.

Finally something done right by India (just my rough impression, I remember them like banning VLC and then encrypted apps, idk exactly what they do.)
Graphene OS only supports Pixels, and Pixels have good custom ROM support (make sure not to buy from a carrier, or you probably can't flash them)
