I'm back to listening to the Nights in Bliss and Sirens series by Lexi Blake, currently on Chasing Bliss.

Last week I listened to Canadian Boyfriend by Jenny Holiday, and I feel like you might have recommended it! It was so cute, but the fact that she referred to him by his full name in her head the ENTIRE BOOK drove me crazy! 😂 Was I the only one who noticed?

@willaful @romancebooks I'm sure I have, but luckily I more remember the ones that you didn't know you needed, but suddenly make the first story incomplete. Like Us by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy. I'll have to see if any that fit the topic pop into my head.

#WhatchaReading ? I Think They Love You by Julian Winters was a nice Valentine's Day read - a second chance/fake dating romance with a good growth arc for the lead. Lots of sweet pining and a big in c/romancebooks@lemm.ee

@willaful @romancebooks I I'm back to rereading, I picked Small Town Siren by Sophie Oak (Lexi Blake), listening for the first time and enjoying the narrators!

#WhatchaReading? I finished It Takes a Thief by Anne Stuart and even though it needed a good editing, -- far too much repetitious internal dialogue -- I still enjoy her storytelling. Some great in c/romancebooks@lemm.ee

@willaful @romancebooks here's me trying to participate instead of just lurk!

I've been burned out on reading/blogging for the past year, so I've mostly been rereading, and almost exclusively audio. I'm currently rereading Iron Flame, first time on audio, and really enjoying the series reread. Was sort of group reading Fourth Wing with some friends in the #COYER Discord group. I'm not doing challenges this year, but I wanted to stay in touch with the community.

#WhatchaReading ? I'm halfway through Behind These Doors, a queer historical (with some polyamory) involving class issues and women's suffrage. One main character is a "nob," the other a reporter who in c/romancebooks@lemm.ee

Been reading Forever My Girl by Heidi McLauchlin but giving up and deleting it because the MMC can't have a single thought about a woman that isn't misogynistic as hell. They all want him, they're all in c/romancebooks@lemm.ee

Friends, #WhatchaReading ? I finished The Other Side of Disappearing and think it'll be one of my top romances of the year. I loved the plotting, the richness of the themes and the really satisfying in c/romancebooks@lemm.ee
