What's does double barreled mean in this context?
Been awhile since I played a nes version, but I feel like in 2 they all made noises. Almost positive 1 did, 3 def did. And by def I mean I'm 85 percent sure. My Gameboy was almost always muted, so I can't really comment on that

There are a large variety of ways to tax the wealthy. I am no econimist and will not be able to tell you which is best. But honestly, if they are paying more than billions in taxes, then I am OK with them still being billionares.
