There is a map search mode that does surface location aware results, after explicitly getting your permission to get your location.

They announced a few months ago that they would partner with Brave to surface Brave search results too. The CEO of Brave is known to be homophobic. People got mad, and Kagi’s response was that they are too small to be picky, and have to focus on search quality.

I don’t think it’s all money laundering. NFTs sure, but this seems more like the MAGA hats he sold to all of his fans.

Maybe democrats should take a page out of his book and sell tangible items instead of just asking for donations.

Smaller keyboards:

  • Encourage you to move your hands less. Part of this is allowing your mouse to be closer, especially if you’re right handed.
  • Aesthetically look cleaner and less cluttered

yup. if you're running untrusted apps on your phone, make sure to turn off background refresh AND notifications. apps can run arbitrary code when they receive a push message. usually its so they can provide a better notification for the user, but they can collect data and phone back to the mothership too.

I made the purchase. Let’s see how it works out in a couple weeks.

I really wanted to like Matrix, but the clients applications are trash. This looks like it has a nice client app at least.

It isn’t too bad the way I priced it out. $150 for a UniFi Express router, then $80 for a UniFi UK-Ultra AP.

After a bit of research, I’m leaning towards a UniFi Express Router. For the AP, one of the desk mountable APs from UniFi. Either the Swiss Army Knife Ultra, or U6 mesh.
