Convince my SO to watch Vampire's Kiss with me recently and she hated it but I've got love for it. It doesn't make much sense, has an awesome soundtrack and he really went in on just being weird with the role.
Best results I've had are peeling only the lower part that is touching the water.
Personally my favourite is Nabeghlavi. I'm assuming that you're in North America based on your current choice, in which case I checked and you're in luck they do actually distribute to the US and Canada so you might want to look out for it but I imagine that as it's imported it would be a bit pricey.
The uncomfortable truth is that that is what matters now. I wish equal attention was given to all aspects of the political spectrum but I guess it would end up in the same situation eventually because people love to feel outraged.
Why they get so much attention is beyond me; it only expands their platform and ragebaits more people.
I add probably about 30-50ml of milk, enough to wet the cereal when I mix it about a bit, and doesn't get soggy at all. I never got the whole floating cereal thing but I think a lot of people like drinking the flavoured milk after.
