Visuals are interesting but tbh this movie is on a relatively short list of movies I’ve skipped through. I usually give up on movies I don’t find interesting or stay engaged, but sometimes a setting/plot is interesting enough to see to the end but overall is a very slow/dull film.

I feel attacked

I have childhood memories in this town, the tree really sticks with you, and the heritage there is/was quite notable. Very sad to see this unfold over the last few days.

Last I checked cars exist with more regulations than most heavy machinery. I don’t disagree with your position but this is a poor argument.

There’s definitely a lot of nuance involved. For instance my service provider charges more for electricity than the public charge stations do (seriously fuck PG&E and every other monopolistic service provider), so I actually save money by not charging at home. It’s still absolutely cheaper than filling up on gas though, especially when I can find a spot where I don’t have to pay (like my work.)

The technology definitely still needs to be worked on, as it is, but I trust autopilot more than I trust the average commuter I have to deal with. And I deal with a lot.
