I think you may actually be the only one. whoa. I've never downloaded it so I wouldn't know. But doesn't it have ads? Because I hate ads so much and would never use an app that pushed them. Fuck ads honestly, I actually put in a good amount effort to make sure I see exactly 0 minutes of ads per day.

I want to leave Reddit completely so bad. They're ruining such a good thing, I was a member for 13 years. I hope Lemmy kinda just naturally replaces it for me but I'm sure there's some stuff that's just the best to go to Reddit for, I hope that changes slowly and people start using Lemmy or something else. But hey im here and it feels pretty good. Feels kinda like when I found Reddit for the first time all those years ago. Hello everyone :)
Idk I think more people will stick around then won't. But I don't think it will be immediate. It will be a slower migration as Lemmy gets better and better and easier to use and there is less and less of a reason to go back to reddit for anything. I'll only ever go there if I have to for some reason but over time those reasons will become less and less as the communities here grow.
