Have you considered he might just have a non-standard gender expression? It doesn't say anything about his gender identity. And even if he someday determines he's not a boy, he might be non binary or agender or genderfluid or any number of other things.

Just apologize for pressuring him, let him figure himself out in his own time.

Thank for sharing your poem, it put a smile on my face :)

Pretty much everything I consume. The main exceptions are canned tomatoes (the store brands are always sourer than I'd like), some cheeses. I used to also buy brand pasta, but ever since my supermarket got its own generic bronze-cut pasta I no longer need to.

When it comes to medicinal products I'm more likely to get a brand version though, e.g when the brand version works better, like with Tiger Balm, or when a generic isn't available.

Tidal's pretty good, they cost the same as spotify but all accounts have access to lossless. The playlists it makes for me are no worse than spotify's and I can sleep happy knowing the artists I listen to get compensated better than on either Spotify or Apple Music.

I also feel the app's design helps me see music in the context of the album it was released in instead of as random tracks, which has made me reconnect with some kinds of music I'd grown apart from after I got Spotify.

Music to my ears. Can't believe how badly creatives are paid in the US, especially given how important they are for the country's soft power.

It's happened to me before, but I would just pluck the feathers. Can't waste meat like that. As annoying as it might be to hear, do remember those chickens were alive before.

I was wondering the exact same thing a few days ago and spent some amount of time googling it.

There's already such a project actually, called Swanye. There seems to be a single person working on it, so if anyone has time to help I'm sure it will be appreciated

One of my favorite snacks to eat on daytrips are hardboiled eggs. You could bring chili/spice mix packets with you to add flavor on the road (I like buying some labeled as "hot pot mate" from my local chinese market). Not much of a meal by themselves of course, but can be a very filling supplement to something like a sandwich or a salad. Good as in between snacks too.

No, you're right! But it's only possible for epub/mobi and txt files.

Pdfs can be zoomed into, but then you need to scroll around the page and it starts feeling rather like you're looking at the paper through a keyhole. I tried converting pdf to epub, but the formatting/page layout of the original matters and it doesn't translate well.

Student here, journal articles are a lot easier to read on paper than on screen. After the first hour or so of screen reading my eyes get drier than the Sahara and I feel dizzy. I tried reading on my e-reader, but journals like to cram as much text on a page as possible, which doesn't work well on a 6" reader.
