I was recently trying to explain to a much older coworker how easily the configuration for some equipment could be stored and interpreted using XML. I don't think he gets it. This guy's been in a technical field his whole life ...

My napkin math is similar, although I do wonder about transcoding machines where the old one is using CPU vs newer solutions in the GPU.

I've been brewing mostly ciders and cysers with 10 packets of cote de blanc I bought last year with wonderful results (in my opinion). I just used the last one on an apple-honey-habenero concoction. Anyone have a good recommendation for yeasts that bring out fruity flavors?
