Capitalism doesn't hold a candle to other institutions when it comes to ruining a nation.
Importing mistrust of institutions from other countries is doing that work.

Woah woah there Mr Radical. None can withstand such bold flavors combined. Vanilla AND chocolate?
Preposterous
Just about all spirits that are aged in a wooden barrel gets a hint of vanilla flavor, hence i consider it a wood flavor.
Haha. I don't think anyone on Lemmy should be so quick to call others out for self hate. The amount of "oh look at me, i'm broken" posts on lemmy per minute, even exceeds the amount of their genders.
No, of course not the MAC. Just as an example nmap can guess the OS based on fingerprinted behaviours. There are pentesttools that can guess the OS.
Like i said. Old days. You could get access to a distribution switch where the physical security was all that mattered. The town where i grew up had some early variation of cg-nat that meant all devices where in a way on the same network. It created plenty of issues when trying to play online with friends during Quake/WC3 etc.
I mean, i get the sentiment, but wouldn't the equivalent situation for cars be when they also leave the car? Like when dumbfuck in pickup parks in 3 lanes or similar?
Your ip is the identity of your router.
By using simple tools you can find the manufacturer of your router and potentially use a known security to gain access to your network.
You expose yourself to being targeted by focused network attacks, since they know the address belongs to you.
In ye olden days, it would have been possible to track your ip and what it was accessing online. Its harder to do today due to cryptography and vpn's, but still a risk.
TIL. But it's hardly necesessary to have a PHD in psychiatry to understand the funny part in this.
Good luck finding anything that will capture interlaced to digital.
That seems healthy.
You are literally changing analogue to digital. There will be alteration. Period, no discussion.
You have some choice in the way you alter it, but eventually its the same chip in every device that deals with the ADC.
Speak for yourself.
