I'm actually quite interested in dress history. I'm an engineer at heart and clothing is fundamentally also an engineering problem (and design of course). It's an area of engineering that was always dominated by women and you can sometimes see the novel approaches that brings.

For example historical corsets were actually quite comfortable when fitted right. One reason why is actually breast support. Predecessors to the modern Bra did exist but were not in fashion as a more compressed looking bust and later a shaped silhouette was in fashion.

Also it's cool what tricks one can use to form the silhouette without extremely compressing the waist (which is how many modern people often think is the function of a corset).

I recommend Bernadettes channel on this topic: link

One person's utopia is another's dystopia. There will always be people genuinely upset about what you did or what "utopia" you want to archive.

It's probably not real but I have seen people with psychosis that behave similarly. It sounds funny but for the relatives it can be really stressful and sometimes horrifying. Not because the patient is violent (although that can happen too of course) but strange behaviors and beliefs that can't be changed or challenged.

Although I've also seen a few people deal with it through humor

If you only think about half live then yes it would be radioactive forever but in reality after a long time every atom would've decayed into non radioactive elements.

You can even calculate the expected time it would take for the random process of decay to terminate.

Complex topic. It would depend on the bomb in question. Some are more "dirty" than others.

Welcome to the world of B2B where 98% of products are listed nowhere and of those products you get a listing the price is either hidden or not the price anyone really pays.

And it is if aged well. Fresh it is disgusting for some reason.

Hmmm, ok what if the biters the critters themselves are stupid drones but the nests are sentient. Maybe the biters are like white blood cells part of the natural defenses of the nests. Something the "Brain" cannot control directly.

I am not saying this is the case or the developers thought that but it certainly is a possibility.

I guess people just fucking died before refrigeration...

And in regards to pizza: I mostly order pizza when hosting a party, so the fridge is full with other party stuff and at the end I'm tired anyways. Knowing that the leftovers will not survive the next 24h anyways it's more convenient to just leave them covered by the pizza carton at room temp. Also I warm the pizza up anyways when I eat it.

Also sweaty? That's actually something that happens when I leave certain stuff in the fridge because of condensation. I have more of a problem that it dries out outside the fridge. What climate are you living in? That could explain the difference in our world view.

Sure sounds like something a colonizer would say.

I first wanted to "/s" this but it's literally the reasons some colonizers used to justify atrocities. Btw it's canon that the factorio guy is evil as confirmed by the developers.

I get it in the game there is no way of confirming or even researching the sentients of the bugs but be honest was it your first instinct to check if they are? I sure as hell didn't. I mean they attacked me first, right?...right?! (Until you realize that you are killing them with your pollution)

I love that game design, even the music plays a role. Iirc it was designed a bit eerie as if something is wrong.

Do you have a source on that? I'm pretty sure pizza does not go bad in 24h at room temp and normal humidity. While I agree that food safety is important not everything needs to be stored in fridge temperatures.

Well it depends on what one considers normal temperature and humidity I guess, now that I wrote this.

There are many ways of being evil, petting the dog does not make a truly evil character less evil.

A lot of real life evil people actually like animals at least when it suits them in my experience.

A bit off topic but there are games where you are absolutely evil but it's not easily recognizable. For example factorio.

Most people consider themselves not evil.
