yast can be ugly, but effective. And aesthetics are definitely subjective. Agree about zypper though.

I actually kind of like that.

I remember using Icewm and it had a theme that mimicked XP lol.

it's good for first timers, or for people who are just less interested in the command line and configuring everything

oh man I'm worsre than I thought. I know the obvious ones (egypt, south africa, algeria, etc etc), but other than that, best I can do is the general region of the ones I don't know

yeah anyone interested in gaming will want something more powerful, but I think the author's overall point is correct. For most of us, buying refurbished computers makes the most sense.

Oh I have T430s....only issue is battery life but it's great and can still be modded/upgraded
