It's just red to slightly darker red, I do have dark mode by default and I see there is random blue in the map too, idk, def looks wack
For some reason, it wasnt working earlier. but now on 0.18.0, it works!
Try out the lemmyverse.net/communities search. add lostcheese or your instance as the home, then you can click on the community to explore/subscribe on your instance.

Sorry, I was having issues with the YUNOHOST version, and wanted to be more up to date. Reapply if your account was wiped (it was).
