Very much this, a lot of stuff is packed in plastic today where it doesn't need packaging at all. Packaging is becoming an industry where there is no added value very quickly.

I use that too, on a different computer.
I still use Winrar.
True, but not always. A lot of waste and pollution comes from packaging, which if I think about it seems to be an industry which tries (and succeeds) to create it's own demand. Like this one, a new "recyclable" packaging with more plastics in it than the old bags.
I get what you're saying, but I disagree. The (male) people I see hating on trans people can just as easily hate any group they're not part of. They hate homosexuals because they think every gay person will try to have sex with them, they hate blacks because they steal your job due to DEI, they hate muslims because they're all terrorists, they hate disabled people because they don't contribute to society, and they hate trans people because it confuses them. They can always find a reason (not through their own critical thinking skills though) to hate anyone.
I said something like this in an earlier thread with a similar question. Someone responded to me that for the rich, everything is transactional. I think there's a lot of truth in that statement, and it's because the rich can afford to act like this. If you're not rich, you will have to depend on others to help you out at some times.
I remember Java being seen as the best thing ever in the 90's, and it was considered "cool" at that time. So cool even, that it became the programming equivalent of a hammer, every coding challenge looked like a nail for which you could use it.
I've been habitually excercizing for over a year, and then one day I just stopped going. And I'm not even diagnosed for ADHD, just a regular guy with some of the traits. So I don't think that first tip is going to work.
You don't need to be serious about it either, just find a different hobby once you have enough stuff for the current one. I've played the guitar, painted, made moonshine, tried to make sausages and other cooking related activities, I like to go camping and now have all you can think of for that, I like doing stuff with computers and arduino's and stuff, I've got tons of books both fiction and howtos, and a lot more I forgot about. These days my wife and I give each other a night in a hotel or spa somewhere for some us time.
I don't know the last two, I'll check them out thanks!
