Just finished season 4 and really don't think much changed in how they represented the themes and politics. It's always been the least subtle show I've watched in that regard, its just that now more than ever the real world looks more and more like an irony poisoned show.
It's about as subtle as a 1980s Paul Verhoeven flick turned up to 11.
