MODERATORS

What the title says. Im looking for fun/informative youtube vids on anything leftish. I already have some channels I enjoy like Secondthought and the deprogram gang. Im just trying to avoid libshit or reactionaries.

EDIT- Thanks to all the posters who recommended something

Not all explicitly leftist, but if they’re not they don’t talk about it much:

Defunctland - Deep dives on closed/abandoned theme parks/attractions and lost media. His videos on the Disney fastpass system and Disney channel theme music are amazing.

Jay Foreman - Comedic geography videos

Noah Samsen - Explicit leftist, mostly covers internet culture but not exclusively

I Did A Thing - Unhinged engineering. “World’s largest beyblade” is a good one.

Boy Boy - Explicitly leftist, went to the DPRK to get a haircut several years ago. One of the hosts also runs I Did A Thing.

Nexpo - Analog and Internet horror

Michael Reeves - Unhinged engineering. “Roomba that screams when it bumps into stuff” is a good one.

We’re in Hell - Leftist, pop-culture analysis

Hbomberguy - Leftist, talks about whatever he wants to honestly. Highly recommend his videos on YouTube plagiarism and the origin of the Roblox “oof” noise

Technology connections - How technology works. Often obsolete technology, not always. His videos on dishwashers are a good starting point.

Sam O’Nella Academy - Comedy history, he’s probably a lib but still decent and his video on banana republics is pretty on point.

Summoning Salt - History of video game speedrunning records.
