If you're from a majority Anglophone region, you can still reply to this, provided that the things you're mentioning are not in the English language, or are at the very least bilingual.

Anyways for Norway I'm familiar with

identifiable information sadly (there only that many people who have learned Hebrew and Arabic) - they all suck and are largely laughable. Individual journos can be good, but most journals are a joke.
