Outside of the United States of Burgerland, this is not considered food, it is considered a war crime committed against your small intestines. Please just make some regular pasta then slice up a chunk of actual cheddar cheese or even shredded cheese to throw into the pasta, it tastes so much better than powdered cheese, trust me.
Actual cheddar cheese isn't flamin' hot so absolutely not
If you’re going to go through all that trouble actually make the roux becuase just sticking a block of cheddar is going to leave you wanting an actual mac and cheese and not pasta with cheese.
So we circle back to just making this amazing delicacy which let’s be fair probably tastes bomb
