I mean, I didn't hate it. There is a lot of gross use of Ian Holm's face for Ash that made me roll my eyes every time he popped up. The story itself was pretty meh - but if you watched Prometheus and Covenant (or Resurrection) and went "" it's a solid film.
I will say the standout actor is David Jonsson for his role as Andy. Probably really the only thing that kept me in my seat besides the fact that I like movies set in space & like watching slop in the theaters. Should I have seen Trap instead though? Probably.
My consensus? Unless you're an Aliens fan, catch it on a matinee or when it hits streaming.

idk I haven't seen anything that's currently out. I also haven't seen anything since Furiosa, in fact I think that's the only movie I've seen in a theater all year
edit: they just re-released Coraline in theaters, so I'd see that lol
huh, well I never read the book but the movie is great, probably the best stop-motion animated movie ever made
