If we elect the right people we can make it the agenda. That's a big ask yes, but it's also why they don't want us to vote.

If people keep voting two party regime or don't vote, the owners don't care.

Voting third party as protest vote is where it is at IMHO so maybe in 20 years there is a third option

Ain't American democracy grand?

2 party sucks. But they are not the same. One offers some hope of change. Look at the recents changes to air travels the FTC did. https://www.transportation.gov/briefing-room/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-announces-rules-deliver-automatic-refunds-and

They are consumer protections.

Now imagine if we organized and voted in ppl like Bernie or AOC. We can achieve real change.

I'm sorry but voting 3rd party without the math making sense or ranked choice voting, is largely a waste of a vote

If only everybody voted AOC, we all would be saved 🤡

We got obama, how did that go for young and peasants lol

I don't remember can you tell me? I'm sorry I have a pre existing condition that fucks up my memory, only started getting insurance to cover the medicine some time after 2008.

What type of bridge you live under?

[–] sunzu2@thebrainbin.org -3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Good for you... Vast majority of people didn't benefit from it though. It was a half baked measure with a few good thing for some people. But let's not act like the reform was beneficial to anybody beyond industry and few peasants so they can screach how it was all worth it for them, fuck proper policy analysis 🤡

We got the government we deserve I guess jfc

The billion class love your defeatist attitude BTW. Progress is never perfect, so why try right?

[–] sunzu2@thebrainbin.org -3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

You know what they love more?

Forcing every peasant to buy their shiti product and provide shitier services all regulated by federal government to enable them to fuck you

JFC how naive is avg american nowadays

[–] gothic_lemons@lemmy.world 5 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

How much they paying you to discourage ppl from voting?

Also insert comic about if you don't like the serfdom/being a peasant/system why do you participate in it?.jpg

Hmmm if gov regulation mean corp can be mean to peasants, then we should change gov? Nah imma whine like a hopeless weirdo

Citation?

Not voting is providing regime legitimacy. The only voting plebs should be doing is third option, any third option, to deny regime legitimacy.

That's what I shill... WTF is u talking about.

[–] gothic_lemons@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Nah I'm not gonna waste my time getting citation for a troll arguing in bad faith. How about you give me a citation for your dumbshit claims?
