i had a bad run with meth and bath salts with some pretty bad psychosis like 14 years ago.

and i still have flare ups of paranoid delusions even after all this time.

i wish i could fix myself

Yes, I know a lot of people who never really went back to normal after long term stimulant abuse. And personally, I never went back to normal after abusing downers for a few years. Are you on psychiatric meds for your issues or are you raw dogging it? Also do you smoke weed?
