There was a user that, before getting banned, declared that every single living human being alive on Earth right now should not exist because no one had the benefit of a pre-conception device on hand to somehow determine each individual's consent to exist before they started to exist.

Yeah DroneRights was promoting it on blahaj a while back. I'd link it but you have to apply to get in, and these are tulpa/otherkin type people who I think are mostly impressionable teenagers.

Yeah, that’s what I remember. “Disagreeing with my crank ideas is ableism” or something like that. I want to believe it was trolling, but trolling requires that at some point you acknowledge you’re trolling so that people know that they got trolled. If you never let on that you’re trolling then you’re just doing the thing.
