What did you make? I have some firm tofu I’m cooking for dinner, but I’m undecided on what to make
If I'm at a loss on what to make I usually just toss tofu cubes in corn starch and fry, then add it to the end of a stir fry so they stay cronchy.
I ended up doing something like this but I cut the block into too many tiny pieces that crowded up the pan and became a pain in the ass to flip 🥲 still tasted great though!
If they end up sticking together in a sheet that counts as one tofu.
Kicking myself at never thinking of using cornstarch to fry
I got take out, decided to try general tso's tofu and it was good with the sauce.
