Yeah, if Trump doesn't win. And if Kamala wins, then if he can drag the case out until the next election, there's a chance she'll lose the next one and he'll get a chance at a pardon. If Trump wins, I doubt the Justice department will prosecute.

There is no way in hell he will drag it to the next election. Only reason he could do that this time is because they took a very, very long time to build the case, and it was close enough to this election that he could play those cards through Cannon and the Supreme Court.

All the cases are built now, they are ready to go. If he loses twice in a row then his claim of a political “mandate” to anything or that he should be saved for another shot at the presidency is over, and his current scheduled sentencing and further prosecution can begin.

And yes, if he wins, probably none of this will happen.

So go vote against him, everyone.

Also, fun fact, since he’s facing state charges of violating state laws, and not federal, Trump couldn’t pardon Elon or get him off the hook even if he does win. At least, not without some corruption involved.

Well, looks like Elon is going to get away with it.

There goes the role of law. Welcome to the next stage of the collapse.

Yep, we are now officially the dumbest country.

Still remains to be seen if Elon gets out of state charges though. Or if they’re still willing to withstand wrath for justice. Trump still couldn’t officially do anything about that without unconstitutional threats.
