This is not really a missile, but a missile-drone. It's kind of a new type of weapon. The stats are confidential, but allegedly it has a range of up to 700km.
The "missile-drone" is powered by a jet engine, ~~which is probably the reason it's not technically a missile.~~

cruise missiles are jet powered, but this one is not named so for political reasons ("if Ukrainians have their own cruise missiles, why do we need to give them ours")

With the advancement of tech the lines between a drone, a loiter ammunition, and a classic missile is really blurred
