I've used an EpiPen before and mild euphoria feels like a good way to put it. My symptoms fully went away immediately and I felt very happy and very energetic for the next 20 minutes or so. Then it wore off, however, it didn't feel that bad. My body just went back to being in anaphylaxis. The real crash was needing to spend the next 2.5 hours in a hospital for monitoring.
