These people have to be faking it. No way chopping my neck with their hand is fixing anything. Just stupid human brain placebo at the little popping noise(s).

Do acupuncture instead if you want to try something alternative, because acupuncture actually works for certain things despite it not being super well understood why, and isn't dangerous at all as long as the acupuncturist is using clean needles, which they should

I had acupuncture with electric current running through some needles that made my muscles do things on their own and felt amazing afterward.
