I like the idea of using the end of the year to reflect and set goals but I really didn't have the capacity to do that this year. I think my main goal for 2025 is to figure out what self care looks like lol

That's a great one.

I heard it on here I think: someone referring to clipping their nails as self care. It kind of woke something up in me, where I started calling eg flossing, stretching, teeth brushing, prepping the chia seeds, etc, etc, etc; esp before bed, self care.

I didn't really mean it at first. I was joking. But just calling it that made me realise that I didn't need to do it out of a sense of obligation or duty, but that I could think of it as a nice thing that I do just for myself.

Maybe self care looks totally different for you though. Good luck on your journey!
