Assuming you’re going to replace it with anything, where are you going. I downloaded rednote which is kind of like Chinese instagram because it’s a perfect F-you to meta and everyone else to go straight back to Chinese tech. I’ve also heard the names Neptune, lemon8 and a few others thrown around. Where are you guys headed?

(However I believe we’re truly losing something important that won’t be replaced, TikTok was one of a kind in the fact that everyone was on it despite it not being American)

It also will transfer your account to lemon8 and automatically subscribe to people from your TikTok subscriptions if they create an account.

that must mean that nobody i followed created a lemon8 account even though about a dozen or so told me to and it also seems unlikely since i suspect that i follow hundreds of people.

at least; on the bright side; i'll be spending less time on social media because of it. lol
