The propaganda of the Hong Kong colored revolution did provide supportive evidence for this with their only evidence that Chinese Communist government censor Winnie Pooh image are when it is used to mock Xi for having stereotypical typical Chinese appearance.

The Winnie the pooh joke is also racist. A "yellow" teddy bear.
